3 different eggs in this appetizer. Not bad, i've always loved the taste of salted eggs.

This 'San Cheng Rou' is our fav.

It's as smooth as tofu, also one of my aedy's favourite food.

She looked very happy eating it.

Foie gras, crab roe, cheese and original Xiao Long Baos

I've tasted better originals, but the rest are nice.

Prolly due to the wrong sequence i'm eating them.

Tasty pork buns looking cute.

Not a fan of La-mains but i like this Spicy beef version better than Din Tai Feng's

We're all looking super casual w/o our makeups coz this restaurant is newly opened at CCK! 

Woot! no need to travel far for good food now.

Could tell my mum enjoyed the food because she didnt 

go 'ahh..i can easily cook this at home' at every dish lol.

23rd Hello Kitty Theme Party

Chance upon this insanely cute hello kitty cake online which eventually became the theme of my 23rd birthday. I dont know why but i've developed a sudden liking to cute stuff in 2011.

I like the red kitty, not the pink one!

Got down to painting kitty ribbons and dear daniel bows for the guys.

and as inspired by the cake we need geek specs!

found this solid gloss-black from Daiso!

Had to call up almost every outlet so i can get enough for all my guests.

Initial plan was to hunt for a HUGE black wig so i can place a GIGANTIC ribbon on my head + a red BIMBOTIC DRESS! picture that, PERFECT!

sad thing was, i couldn't find a huge wig in black =(

Awesome friends who agreed with the pot luck idea and brought a whole variety of food.

Was close to giving up when i went through 10 over rejections from different bakeries due to the hello kitty copyright.

After the party ying, ken, allen and audrey check out Avalon with me for the first time.

Avalon is Atas for sure, but prolly not a place i'll pay to have a crazy night.

I mean no one is letting their hair down, just look at how empty the dancefloor is. 

Yingying's Shanghai 21st

I've posted photos on yingying's 21st in fb but i think i've yet to blog about it.

The theme was Shanghai night.

Here's my fav pic for e night, e general feedback was i looked like those olden days teacher due to my qi pao's print. & i do love the print alot!

Attempted to use fake lashes to elongate my eyes, but it didnt work out well.

Here's birthday girl & me. i've got matching bra to go w e theme too, hehe. triumph jade bra, woot!

i think her qi pao looks fab! bright enough to be the lime light for e night!

yes i did convince xiu hui to try out the false lash effect, lol.

3 birthdays going on @ e same time.

because there's 3 of them, they came up with a new way for the 'cake cutting' session.

no cakes, we have flaming waterfalls instead.
